The GUM ActiVital Mouthwash complements daily oral care. It is used twice a day after brushing your teeth and swished around the mouth for at least 30 seconds. The formula combines fluoride and isomalt for tooth enamel with the active ingredient LAE, which makes it harder for bacteria to adhere to the tooth surface.

In connection with FaceFormer training, it is of interest to anyone who still breathes through their mouth during the day or at night: mouth breathing dries out the oral mucosa, and saliva is less able to perform its functions. A mild rinse keeps the mucosa moist during this transitional period.

The multifunctional GUM ActiVital Mouthwash helps us keep our mouths healthy in the long term. It can be used twice a day for at least 30 seconds after brushing your teeth.

GUM ActiVital Mouthwash contains ethyl lauroyl arginate (LAE). This innovative ingredient – with an anti-plaque effect that helps to prevent bacteria from adhering to the tooth surface – is only suitable for children aged 10 and over.

LAE (ethyl lauroyl arginate) has electrostatic and hydrophobic (water-repellent) properties – these help to prevent bacteria from adhering to the tooth surface.

The bacteria in your mouth break down the sugars from food, producing acids. The innovative ingredient LAE (ethyl lauroyl arginate) helps to stop the bacteria from adhering to the tooth surface, so that acid formation is reduced.

The LAE (ethyl lauroyl arginate) in GUM ActiVital Mouthwash offers complete protection for teeth and gums. It forms a protective barrier for the teeth and helps to prevent microorganisms from adhering to the tooth surface. This in turn helps to limit the renewed build-up of plaque, thereby protecting the gums.

GUM ActiVital Mouthwash is safe to use for people who wear dentures. There are no interactions between its ingredients and dental restoration or prosthetic materials, such as materials based on alloys, ceramics and PMMA.

GUM ActiVital Mouthwash is not suitable for people with a known allergy to mint flavouring or any of its other ingredients.

The bisabolol, ginger and pomegranate in GUM ActiVital Mouthwash come from natural sources.
The ginger and pomegranate are extracts from the natural plants (ginger is extracted from the rhizome, pomegranate from the fruit).
Bisabolol occurs naturally in some plants (e.g. in chamomile); however, because of its longer shelf life, it is often produced by chemical synthesis. This synthetic variant is used in GUM ActiVital Mouthwash.

The active ingredient Q10 in GUM ActiVital Mouthwash is of natural origin. Like bread and beer, it is produced by fermentation.

GUM ActiVital Mouthwash is gluten-free and contains no lactose. As neither lactose nor milk or dairy products are processed at the production site, the likelihood of lactose contamination in the supply chain is extremely low.

The LAE (ethyl lauroyl arginate) in GUM ActiVital Mouthwash can attach to the surface of toxins produced by bacteria, so that the toxins are neutralised and communication with other cells is prevented.

The increased presence of bacteria leads to oxidative stress, and more free radicals are formed in our tissues and cells. Q10 and pomegranate are useful because they block the effect of free radicals.

GUM ActiVital Mouthwash contains minimal amounts of fructose, as the pomegranate ingredient is extracted from the fruit.
Despite the very low likelihood of an allergic reaction, we cannot recommend the use of the mouthwash for anyone with a fructose allergy or intolerance.

GUM ActiVital Mouthwash is safe for use by all adults. If you are pregnant, ask your doctor for advice before using it.
