Process
How to return an item
Fill in the slip
Fill in the returns slip below and print it out.
Enclose and pack
Place the printout clearly visible in the parcel. A FaceFormer fits into a small parcel or a padded envelope.
Send with postage paid
Send the parcel with sufficient postage to the address below. If you withdraw from the contract, you bear the cost of the return. If an item is damaged, faulty or was delivered incorrectly, please contact us first and we will arrange the return.
We will get back to you
As soon as your return arrives, we will check it and contact you by email.

Please note before sending
The FaceFormer is a medical device for use in the mouth. For reasons of health protection and hygiene, we can only take it back if the seal is intact. This does not apply to defects: if an item is damaged or faulty, the statutory warranty applies.
Would you like to withdraw from your purchase? Then please first declare your withdrawal via Withdraw from contract. Sending the item back alone does not count as withdrawal.
