The GUM ActiVital range is specially designed to protect your teeth and gums for life and prevent problems before they occur. The multifunctional GUM ActiVital mouthwash helps us keep our mouth healthy in the long term. It can be used twice a day for at least 30 seconds after brushing.

GUM ActiVital mouthwash contains ethyl lauroyl arginate (LAE). This innovative ingredient – ​​with anti-plaque action that helps prevent bacteria from adhering to the tooth surface – is only suitable for children aged 10 years and over.

LAE (Ethyl Lauroyl Arginate) has electrostatic and hydrophobic (water-repellent) properties – these help prevent bacteria from adhering to the tooth surface.

The bacteria in your mouth use the sugars from food, producing acids. The innovative ingredient LAE (ethyl lauroyl arginate) helps prevent the bacteria from sticking to the tooth surface, thus reducing the formation of acid.

The LAE (ethyl lauroyl arginate) in GUM ActiVital mouthwash provides complete protection for teeth and gums. It forms a protective barrier for the teeth and helps prevent microorganisms from adhering to the tooth surface. This in turn helps to limit the re-accumulation of plaque and thus protects the gums.

GUM ActiVital mouthwash is safe to use on people who wear dentures. There are no interactions between its ingredients and dental prosthetics or dental restoration materials, such as alloy-based materials, ceramics and PMMA.

GUM ActiVital mouthwash is not suitable for people with a known allergy to mint flavor or any of its ingredients.

The bisabolol, ginger and pomegranate in GUM ActiVital mouthwash come from natural sources.
Ginger and pomegranate are extracts from natural plants (ginger is extracted from the rhizome, pomegranate from the fruit).
Bisabolol occurs naturally in some plants (e.g. chamomile); however, due to its longer shelf life, it is often produced by chemical synthesis. This synthetic variant is used in GUM ActiVital mouthwash.

The active ingredient Q10 in GUM ActiVital mouthwash is of natural origin. Similar to bread and beer, it is produced through fermentation

GUM ActiVital mouthwash is gluten-free and does not contain lactose. Because neither lactose nor milk or milk products are processed in the production facility, the likelihood of lactose contamination in the supply chain is extremely low.

The LAE (ethyl lauroyl arginate) in GUM ActiVital mouthwash can attach itself to the surface of the toxins produced by bacteria, neutralizing the toxins and preventing communication with other cells.

The increased presence of bacteria leads to oxidative stress, and the increased formation of free radicals in our tissues and cells. Q10 and pomegranate are useful because they block the effects of free radicals.

GUM ActiVital mouthwash contains minimal amounts of fructose because the pomegranate ingredient is extracted from the fruit.
Despite the very low likelihood of an allergic reaction, we cannot recommend the use of the mouthwash in a person with a fructose allergy or intolerance.

GUM ActiVital mouthwash is safe for all adults. If you are pregnant, ask your doctor for advice before using it.
