What the FaceFormer trains
The training does not target a single muscle but a movement pattern. The FaceFormer sits between the lips and teeth and activates the lip, tongue and pharyngeal muscles during the exercises. The training thus acts on three interrelated functions: nasal breathing, swallowing and head posture.
Why a value pack
In practice, availability is what counts: if you can hand out the device during the appointment, you do not have to rely on it being purchased at home later. The pack lowers the unit price and makes handing out the device a regular part of the consultation.
Each device is supplied with a hygiene box and exercise instructions. All exercises are also described in the free FaceFormer training app.
