WHY TRIGGER THE LEFT AND RIGHT OF THE SPINE AT THE SAME TIME?
Starting from our back pelvis, we humans have ascending muscles that extend to the right and left of our spine. Deeper muscle layers serve the inner stability of our vertebral bodies to each other. The superficial muscle layers serve more to the mobility of our individual spinal column sections. Severe and long-term pain is very common in these areas.
